Sunday Olorunsheyi, Chairman
A successful serial entrepreneur, a business and management consultant, an investment advisor, and a global keynote speaker. He serves a vast number of clientele in different fields on matters of Management Strategy Development, Business Expansion, Product/Service Development, Activation & Adaptation, Sales and Marketing, Portfolio Management, Investment Risk Assessment, and General Business Development.
Olorunsheyi has been able to undeniably take a rightful seat as a globally recognized and successful businessman. He is the Co-Founder of Pertinence Group, a multi-billion Enterprise Development and People Empowerment Company, having a workforce of over 5000 associates, with major interests in Technology, Real Estate, Agriculture, Media, and Financial Services. Olorunsheyi as an advocate of growth, innovation, and development is also well known for his activities about proper management of talent, skills, and resources and creating an enabling environment for young Nigerians in the Real estate sector and other endeavors.
Wisdom Ezekiel, Non Executive Director
Wisdom A. Ezekiel is a Nigerian business magnate, investor, speaker, and philanthropist who serves as a co-founder and Executive Director at Pertinence Group. He holds an executive MBA from the Metropolitan School of business, UK. He is also a chartered fellow of the Chartered Institute of public resources Management and Policies and a Harvard Business School Extension Certificate Holder in Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies.
He is a member of the board of over ten different organizations. Wisdom is also the Founder of REDi studios, Red Rush Tv, and Producer of the first-ever Millionaire Skit Challenge. He has bagged numerous awards and recognitions across different sectors, notable among them is the Black History Month Community Award, Toronto, Canada
Temitope Awe, Non Executive Director
Tope has over thirty years professional working experience. He began his career with Ernest & Young and qualified as a chartered Accountant.
He had a fruitful career in banking that spanned over a decade with Access Bank and Intercontinental Bank where he rose to the position of Group Head of Quality Assurance and Process Improvement, where he successfully accomplished the review of bank’s policies, procedures and processes.
Tope is a licensed practicing Accountant and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(ICAN) and also a licensed Tax Practitioner and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation(CITN). He is the Managing Partner of Temitope Awe & Co(Chartered Accountants) and the Managing Consultant at Safegate Consulting Limited. He is also a director at Genco Power Nigeria Limited(A subsidiary of Genco Energy Mauritius Limited).
He is a graduate of Economics from Ahmadu Bello University , Zaria, an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, a certified professional in Risk and Information System Control of the Information System Audit and Control Association. He is also a Certified International Project Manager of the American Academy of Project Management.
EZEAGU UDOKA, Non Executive Director
Udoka holds a B.sc in Accounting from Abia State University, Okigwe with over thirty years post graduation experience in banking, aviation and real estate industries.
Tope is a licensed practicing Accountant and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(ICAN) and also a licensed Tax Practitioner and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation(CITN). She implemented new Accounting softwares, designed new control policies as well as conduct tax administration in the different organizations where she served.
She also headed several strategic management teams in the work place. She is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and an alumni of Business School of Netherlands.
OLUSEGUN ABRAHAM, Non Executive Director
Olusegun is a Chartered Accountant, a Financial Consultant and a Forensic Auditor with over twenty eight(28) years post qualification experience in professional accountancy, audit, taxation and consulting practice in Nigeria.
He started his career with the firm of Balogun & Co Lagos and rose to the position of Assistant Manager before leaving and joining Horwath Dafinone Chartered Accountants Lagos where he worked until he retired as a Partner after twelve(12) years of productive service to the firm and thereafter joined ACCAT(Nigeria) Limited as the company’s Chief Financial Officer until he disengaged and became the pioneer Chief executive Officer at RICH Consulting Limited to date.
Segun is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria(ICAN) and has acquired diverse professional experience in audit, consulting and investigation over the years. He reports to the board of Directors of both medium and large size companies ranging from Telecoms, Investment, Textile, Oil exploration, oil Marketing, Insurance, Construction, Banking & Finance and Manufacturing sectors.
He is a Senior Pastor at Calvary Bible Church, Lagos and also sits on the board of other companies as Non-Executive Director.
ODURONBI FUNMILAYO JUMOKE, Independent Director
Jumoke is a well trained, talented and dynamic individual with vast experience that spans many years from different sectors of the economy which includes banking. Accounting and pension administration. She is a graduate of Accounting with over ten years post qualification experience in banking and pension administration. She started her career with Karis Micro Finance Bank and later proceeded to Continental Loss Adjuster Firm and Stanbic IBTC Pension Managers as a business Manager.
